Training and Start Dates

To get started, you'll need to complete a comprehensive 6‑week training program, Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm. After that, your weekends are where you shine. September start dates are now available.

Main Duties of the Job
  • First Contact: Manage urgent and non‑urgent cases, providing essential medical advice.
  • NHS Pathways Software: Assess patients' conditions and direct them to the appropriate healthcare professional or service.
  • Advanced Training: Use your advanced listening and probing skills to ensure every patient receives clear advice and is sign‑posted correctly.
  • Training is 6 weeks, 9am‑5pm, regardless of contracted hours.
