Overview

We are recruiting for an Overnight Health Care Assistant/Support Worker/Carer for Wirral location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

About You

You will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and ideally 1 year experience in the care sector. What’s essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people as well as a kind and caring attitude. You will know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. Whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind. Well, after all, it’s just in your nature.

Job Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • 1 year of previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be passionate about working with vulnerable adults
Responsibilities And Duties Of The Job
  • To ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality at all times.
  • To assist in the general day-to-day activities within the Home.
  • To maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members and visitors.
  • To provide personal care e.g. washing, feeding
  • Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management
