Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Overnight Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in the Knowsley area (employees are agile working and therefore permitted to work from their home address or a location that suits their needs and those of the business. You will need to be within a reasonable commutable distance for training and meetings). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working overnight shifts, 48 hours over 8 days 12 hour shifts 4 days on and 4 days off. The working hours are from 20h00 to 08h00. In return, you will receive a salary of £27,518 per annum Plus Benefits.

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a high-quality customer service and administration experience.

Responsibilities For The Customer Service Advisor Will Include
  • Deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have an enquiry or service request
  • Promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained
  • Be the first point of contact, liaising with customers via phone, email, Webchat and Facebook
  • Ensure all enquiries are resolved whilst providing exceptional customer service
  • Input, collate and record customer information accurately using a variety of IT systems ensuring service level targets are actively worked towards and achieved

Experience in a customer service environment, and experience in the operation of computerised data base systems and strong IT skills and the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word). Call/service centre environment and / or social housing experience would be beneficial.
