A dynamic customer service provider in the UK is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Advisor for a full-time, permanent position. The role, based in Knowsley, involves providing high-quality customer service and support through various channels. Applicants should have customer service experience and strong IT skills, with a salary of £27,518 per annum plus benefits including a pension scheme and mental health support. Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Overnight Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in the Knowsley area (employees are agile working and therefore permitted to work from their home address or a location that suits their needs and those of the business. You will need to be within a reasonable commutable distance for training and meetings). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working overnight shifts, 48 hours over 8 days 12 hour shifts 4 days on and 4 days off. The working hours are from 20h00 to 08h00. In return, you will receive a salary of £27,518 per annum Plus Benefits.

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a high-quality customer service and administration experience.
Experience in a customer service environment, and experience in the operation of computerised data base systems and strong IT skills and the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word). Call/service centre environment and / or social housing experience would be beneficial.
