Job summary

A local childcare service in North Norfolk is seeking a compassionate Baby Night Care Assistant to provide overnight care for a delightful cardiac infant. This role involves monitoring the child's needs, ensuring a safe environment, and following specific routines from parents. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of infant care. Training will be provided along with a salary of £13.50-£14.20 per hour based on experience, and a minimum of 24 hours of work per week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in childcare, especially with infants, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and attend to the needs of infants and young children during overnight hours.
• Following feeding routine.
• Ensure a safe, and nurturing environment.
• Cleaning and organising duties as required.
• Keeping accurate records.
• Cooking.
• Communicate any concerns or observations to parents in a timely manner.
