Outsourcing Client Manager (PQ) – Study Support + 2 days in the office pw

Are you a part-qualified outsourcing accountant seeking the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients? Are you excited by working with high growth tech start-ups? Do you want to work in a modern and highly flexible work environment? If so, this role could be perfect for you!

Our client is a forward thinking accountancy boutique based in modern offices in the city. They are specialists in the tech start-up market and have a focus on providing proactive and interactive support to their clients. The firm offers full study-support for ACA or ACCA, a career development plan for each member of their team and a hybrid working model that only requires you to be in the office two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Managing a client portfolio of tech startups providing a proactive service including onboarding clients
• Preparing monthly management accounts, VAT, PAYE, CT600 delivery
• Providing advisory support including cashflow forecasting and budgeting
• Reviewing the bookkeeping of 1-2 junior members of staff
• Preparing year-end statutory annual accounts

Qualifications

• Be Part-Qualified or Finalist ACCA/ACA
• Have 2-3 years practice experience minimum
• Demonstrate experience of accounting for OMBs/SMEs in practice
• Have strong Xero experience
