We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill an Outside Sales position in the West Texas / New Mexico area whose primary focus would be on the frac/oilfield industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The individual in this role is responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regions.
• The individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating sales activities in the region, developing project specific sales strategies, and communicating project requirements to the company\'s operations and management team.
• Account Management / Account Retention focused daily activities.
• Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads.
• Provide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposes.
• Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM.
• Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems.
• Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration.
• Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven Fuel and/or Lubricants Sales experience or Oilfield Services experience is required.
• Drilling / Frac Fueling experience is desirable, but not required.
• Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office.
• Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentations.
• Occasional domestic travel is required.
• Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Valid US driver's license and safe driving history

Education

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Travel Requirements

Occasional domestic travel is required. Coverage of Permian Basin, West Texas and southeastern New Mexico.
