We are seeking a committed and compassionate Outreach Tutor.
We are seeking experienced tutors and teachers who would like the opportunity to step out of the busy classroom environment.
Working with students who are dual-diagnosed with various needs.
Mainly with will social and emotional as well as mental health needs, Autism, and childhood traumas.
As an outreach tutor, you'll provide 1:1 or small group tuition for learners who are out of school or waiting for school reintegration.
Working with some flexibility across home and community-based settings.
Have a wide understanding of teaching SEN learners to adapt and plan engaging, stimulating learning environments.
Positive behaviour and mentoring are a structured approach for successful assignment and report building with your students.
Plan and deliver tailored, engaging sessions across primary and secondary key stages, mainly core subjects, unless specified differently.
Work collaboratively with extended educational professionals, social workers.
Writing progress reports weekly and termly.
Kingston Upon Thames and Richmond Upon Thames.
Long-term and term-time only, full-time or part-time hours.
Depends on hours for each case; however, they are school hours between 9:00-3:00.
