Now we’re looking for a dedicated Linkbuilder to help scale our outreach, support domain authority growth, and build relationships across high-quality, relevant sources. You won’t be starting from scratch - you’ll be joining an experienced team with defined goals, structure, and tools in place.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute link acquisition campaigns to improve Warmy’s SEO presence
• Use BuzzStream, Hunter, Ahrefs, Pitchbox, and other prospecting tools to identify outreach targets
• Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities
• Pitch articles, resource pages, guest posts, link insertions, and unlinked mentions to relevant websites and blogs
• Collaborate closely with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategy and content calendar
• Maintain detailed documentation of outreach efforts, conversions, and active campaigns
• Monitor and report on linkbuilding campaigns
• Help develop link-building strategies tailored to different GEOs (US, UK, LATAM, EU)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in link building, outreach, or digital PR
• Strong working knowledge of BuzzStream, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar link prospecting tools
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and the impact of backlinks on rankings
• Excellent written English for outreach communications
• Previous background in SaaS or B2B link-building projects
• Experience in cold outreach and personalization tactics
• Proven experience building links for projects targeting specific GEOs (ideally: US, UK, LATAM, DACH, etc.)
• Organized and self-motivated, with a structured approach to campaigns and reporting

Nice to Have

• Understanding of SEO or content optimization
• Familiarity with Screaming Frog
• Experience with Digital PR Linkbuilding
