A leading independent healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Outreach Customer Service Administrator to deliver exceptional front-of-house service at clinics. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and IT skills, have previous administrative experience, and thrive in a busy team environment. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package including 33 days of leave, private health insurance, and discounted gym memberships.
Location: KIMS Hospital, Newnham Court Way, Weavering, Maidstone, ME14 5FT + Outreach Clinics (Faversham, Charing, Longfield, Wye, Kingsnorth, Whitstable)
Hours: 20 Hours per week – Shifts between 06:30–20:30 (Mon–Fri) and 07:00–20:00 (Sat–Sun)

As an Outreach Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face and calming voice of KIMS Hospital across both our main site and multiple Outreach Clinics. From supporting consultants and patients to ensuring clinics run smoothly, you will play a vital part in delivering healthcare at its best.
