A higher education institution in York is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to inspire young people through workshops and mentoring sessions. The role requires passion for supporting youth, experience in leading activities, and strong teamwork skills. Full driving licence is essential for travel. Flexible working hours may include evenings and weekends, with the potential for home working.

Are you energetic, driven, and ready to inspire the next generation? Inspiring Choices is looking for a confident and motivated team player to join our team of Outreach Coordinators.
As part of our outreach team, you'll work face-to-face with students in schools and colleges across York and North Yorkshire. You'll plan and deliver exciting workshops, mentoring sessions, and events that open minds and raise aspirations. The post will be based at York St John University with opportunity for home working. There is a requirement to work on a flexible basis, including very occasional evening/weekends. This role involves frequent travel to rural locations, where public transport is often limited or unavailable. A full, valid driving licence is therefore essential to ensure you can reliably reach schools and colleges on time.
