A healthcare organization in Tamworth seeks an Administration Officer to play a vital role in patient services. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly attitude, solid organisational skills, and be eager to learn. In a dynamic team environment, this role involves managing appointments and assisting patients, with the opportunity for full-time and part-time work. Flexible hours are offered with no weekend work requirement.
Remuneration: $35.84 - $36.96 per hour + Superannuation

As a valued member of our administration team, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient referred to our range of specialities.

Your days will be varied — from welcoming patients at the front desk to managing referrals, appointments, and correspondence behind the scenes, joining a supportive team of 12, you will work together in a friendly, collaborative environment.
With a balance of front desk and office-based duties, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety and opportunities to learn and grow along the way.
You’re someone who brings a friendly, can-do attitude to work each day and genuinely enjoys helping others. You communicate clearly, work well with your team, and take pride in staying organised even when things get busy.
Whether it’s supporting a colleague, assisting a patient, or managing a full inbox, you approach each task with positivity, care, and attention to detail. If you’ve had experience in administration, that’s a big plus — but more importantly, you’re eager to learn and make a meaningful contribution in a supportive hospital setting.
