As a valued member of our administration team, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient referred to our range of specialities.

Your days will be varied — from welcoming patients at the front desk to managing referrals, appointments, and correspondence behind the scenes, joining a supportive team of 12, you will work together in a friendly, collaborative environment.

With a balance of front desk and office-based duties, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety and opportunities to learn and grow along the way.

Typical Work Schedule
  • Shifts generally run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some 7:00 AM or 8:30 AM starts as part of a rotating roster.
  • The full-time role is Monday to Friday, offering a consistent weekday schedule.
  • Happy to discuss preferred days for part-time position - though we’re ideally seeking coverage on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
