Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Surgery Center. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, perform assessments, and support patient readiness for procedures.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with strong nursing leadership, mentors, and educational opportunities; experience in outpatient settings preferred; sign-on bonus eligible; parking on site.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in NH or a compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
• BSN strongly preferred; ACLS certification recommended.
• Excellent documentation and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical assessments and obtains patient history on admission.
• Administers medications and IV therapy per policy and procedure.
• Precepts new employees and supports ongoing staff education.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and supervises team performance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and hand-offs with care teams.
• Maintains accurate patient care documentation and records.
