About the Role

We have an opportunity for a full‑time Receptionist based at Conquest Hospital, with cross‑site working in Eastbourne DGH.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming outpatients to the hospital and recording all attendance information.
• Making follow‑ups where appropriate in line with the Referral to Treatment: Access and Management Policy and Organisation Objectives.
• Dealing with challenges, performing under pressure and prioritising work.

Requirements

• Computer literate and flexible.
• Good customer service skills essential.

Hours

One post of 30 hours. One post of 16 hours.
