A leading healthcare provider in North London is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacy Manager. The role involves managing pharmacy services, ensuring patient safety, and leading a dedicated team. Ideal candidates have GPHC registration, significant hospital pharmacy experience, and strong communication skills. Full training is provided, with no on-call hours required. Competitive salary between £57,782.40 and £67,204.80 annually.

This role is perfect for a pharmacist who is looking to expand their clinical knowledge and use it each day in an outpatient setting that has a focus on patient safety and patient experience. No on-call hours.
This role is suitable for an experienced hospital Pharmacists. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you can confidently lead the Outpatient Pharmacy team and safeguard our diverse patient cohort (Oncology, Thalassaemia, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, TB, General outpatient clinics and A&E).
As a Pharmacy manager, you will be responsible for the provision of exceptional professional pharmacy services. The focus of your role will be to act as a role model and the Responsible Pharmacist and provide support to the Superintendent Pharmacist and help with the day to day running of the Pharmacy and line management duties. You will be working alongside 3 other Pharmacists as well as the rest of the pharmacy team. A comprehensive induction and onsite training will be provided with ongoing training opportunities and exposure to clinical settings. You will help in providing a consistent high quality, accurate, safe and timely patient experience.
