Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist for the Outpatients service covering Post Operative/Complex hand trauma and Acute MSK conditions. Based at Southend with clinics across three hospital sites; requires CSP registration and a physiotherapy degree. Prior Band 5 experience and MSK rotations are expected.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clinical caseload, supervising juniors, and engaging in CPD and teaching activities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Registered with Health Professions Council.
• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload across MSK Outpatients and hand trauma.
• Provide supervision to junior staff and students.
• Engage in CPD and contribute to teaching and in-service training.
