A leading children's health organization in Sheffield is seeking a Full-time Patient Administrator to support busy families and ensure attendance at Neurodisability/Autism Assessment appointments. You will coordinate logistics and provide clerical assistance within the outpatient department. Candidates should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with strong communication skills and IT competency. The role offers a salary of £24,465 per annum.

We are looking for someone to join Access Team, where you will help support our patients and their families with attending Neurodisability/Autism Assessment appointments. The Patient Access Team is new, with the potential to expand and become an essential part of the outpatient department.
You will contact families, ensuring appointment attendance, coordinating additional support like transport, and maintaining a professional clerical service. You will also ensure appointments are scheduled according to the Trust's standards, meeting set goals and providing support during colleague absences.
