Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is recruiting a Yardperson / Maintenance Operative in Lincoln for a part‑time role. You will keep the yard and premises clean, tidy and safe, manage litter and yard maintenance, and help with stock handling and site housekeeping.

Hours are 9:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday (27.5 paid hours weekly). A full UK driving licence is essential and you must be 25 or over for insurance; forklift training can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Aged 25 or over due to vehicle insurance requirements.
• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet all day.
• Enjoys outdoor work in all weather.
• Forklift training can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard and premises clean, tidy and safe.
• Litter picking, sweeping, weed removal and general yard maintenance.
• Dispose of pallets and waste appropriately.
• Store deliveries (fasteners, body fittings and stock).
• Assist with general housekeeping on site.
