Huws Gray Grantham is seeking a Warehouse/Yard Operative to support day-to-day operations at the Grantham branch. You will help customers, manage deliveries and assist with loading/unloading to keep everything moving, while maintaining a safe and tidy warehouse environment.

Ambition and a practical mindset are key, with a forklift licence considered a bonus. We value flexibility and a collaborative approach to delivering great service from the ground up.

• Great attitude and willingness to pitch in as part of the team.
• Forklift licence is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find what they need and offer friendly, practical advice.
• Handle deliveries—check in goods, store safely and stay organized.
• Load and unload vehicles and support the branch and driving teams.
• Keep the warehouse safe, tidy and secure for customers and colleagues.
