About the Role

This is a hands‑on, rewarding role where no two days are ever the same. You’ll work closely with teachers and outdoor educators to create meaningful learning experiences that build confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing. • Holds (or is working towards) a relevant SEND/TA qualification or has proven experience supporting children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children’s learning, emotional regulation, and social development in farm and forest school sessions.
  • Use positive behaviour strategies to help children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining engaging outdoor learning spaces.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to implement personalised learning plans.
  • Encourage independence, curiosity, and a love of the natural world.
