Liberty Woodland School in the United Kingdom is seeking a Primary Cover Teacher (Senior Learning Associate) to work with Year 1 and Year 2 pupils two days a week and provide flexible cover across the primary school on other days.

You will nurture learning through play in our outdoor spaces, build strong relationships with pupils, adapt to different ages and routines and keep learning moving forward with energy, warmth and high expectations.

Qualificações

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience with learning through play and outdoor learning.
• Experience working with 4 to 11 year olds in a primary setting.
• Forest School Level 2/3 desirable, but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Year 1 and Year 2 two days a week, delivering engaging lessons in line with the Liberty Woodland School curriculum.
• Provide flexible cover across the primary school on other working days, following plans and routines.
• Use learning spaces to encourage curiosity, independence and active learning.
• Maintain a nurturing, well‑managed learning environment with high expectations for every child.
• Share observations with class teachers to support continuity and pupils’ progress.
