Job summary
Reaseheath College is seeking an experienced Outdoor Instructor to join its Sport and Public Services team. The role focuses on delivering practical instruction, coaching and assessment across a range of outdoor activities, while supporting learners' skills, confidence and industry knowledge in a safe learning environment.
You will contribute to residentials, expeditions, competitions and wider College activities, holding relevant Level 3 and Level 2 English/Maths qualifications, plus outdoor
Qualifications
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and Level 2 English and Maths.
- Wider practical industry experience in outdoor adventurous activities.
- Hold relevant outdoor qualifications, including Outdoor First Aid, Hill and Moorland Leader, Rock Climbing Instructor and Paddlesport NGBs.
- Hold a Full UK driving license with D1 entitlement
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
- Be passionate about supporting learners and committed to continuing professional development.
