Job summary

Stephen Sanderson Transport Ltd is looking for a motivated Flexi Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team in Corby. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading vehicles, operating forklifts, and maintaining warehouse standards. Ideal candidates will have a forklift licence and good communication skills.

The position offers an annual pay between £30,000–£33,000, with benefits including free parking and an on-site gym. A Drug & Alcohol test is required on the first day. Applications from all individuals are welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid or previous forklift licence/Flexi forklift licence.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to use initiative and work reliably.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and company equipment safely.
• Efficiently load and tip inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Receive and reconcile in‑house deliveries.
• Report any incidents to your Team Leader.
• Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping.
