Outdoor Activity Instructor / Group Leader

Location: Berwick-upon-Tweed

Contract: Full Time Fixed Term (January – October/November 2026)

Pay: £12.60 per hour with paid overtime during peak periods.

Accommodation and meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Responsibilities
  • Run activity sessions and lead groups.
  • Light campfires, lead meals, build shelters, and ensure equipment safety.
  • Provide support and comfort to camp guests.
  • Assist hospitality colleagues and help manage the camp environment.
  • Create a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all campers.
