Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking an Outdoor Activity Centre Instructor at Elveden Forest to deliver action-packed experiences for guests. You’ll coach, supervise and safely manage a range of outdoor activities in a dynamic setting, while upholding high safety standards and guest enjoyment.

The role involves setting up activities, maintaining gear and checking safety, with a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4-week period and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Emergency First Aid at Work training can be provided.
• Solid communication under pressure.
• Physically able to meet role demands.

Responsibilities

• Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented.

Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.

• Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
• Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
• Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
• Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours

• Part-time contracts available, fully flexible
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period.
• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Must be aged 18 years or over

• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team
