A leading technology retailer in Loughborough seeks an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor to engage customers about mobile services. The role involves advising on handsets and plans, ensuring an excellent customer experience through strong communication skills. Rank: Grade 1, Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £25,521.60 per annum plus performance‑related and target‑based commission.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Friday 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM.
Start Date: Monday, 16 February 2026

As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor, you’ll speak to customers about mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, sim‑only deals and Care Plan Agreements. You’ll use excellent communication skills to walk customers through our offers, ensuring they have all the information necessary to make an informed decision.
Do you have no experience in telephone sales? With our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world‑class sales experience.
