Job summary

A fast-growing sales organization in Northern Ireland seeks a motivated B2B Sales Executive. You will generate new business through high-volume outbound calls and manage warm leads to maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is target-driven, skilled in lead generation, and able to work in a dynamic environment. This role offers a base salary of £26,000 - £29,000 with OTE of £40,000 - £50,000, and an initial 3-month contract with potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

About you

What you'll do
  • Generate new business through outbound B2B calls (up to 150 per day)
  • Manage inbound and cross-sell opportunities from warm and existing accounts
  • Build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities across multiple products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, becoming a trusted advisor to customers
  • Deliver consistent results against targets while contributing to the success of a growing sales team
