Outbound Sales Advisor - Fully Remote, start dates in January 2026.
Are you motivated by targets, undaunted by challenges, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote, sales environment? If you’re looking for a role where hard work pays off and career progression is real, this could be the perfect fit.
You’ll be making outbound sales calls to current, ex‑and potential customers, helping them choose the best insurance products for their appliances or devices. This is a remote role where resilience, rapport‑building, and motivation are key to success.
If you’re self‑motivated, great at building rapport, and thrive in a remote environment, this role is built for you.
Calling customers with new products, campaigns and offers
You will be given two weeks initial training, and then ongoing support in your role to ensure you flourish, and achieve your targets. There is lots of opportunity for internal progression within the company.
You will need a background in targeted sales, preferably in a volume environment. This experience can be from selling on the phone or face to face. This does not need to have come from a regulated environment.
For the best chance of being shortlisted, ensure your CV has dates and large gaps explained.
Generous bonus potential (average £500‑£700 per month dependent on team and campaign)
Remote working
Clear progression routes into more senior sales roles or sideways into other areas of the business
Hopefully, a long and successful career in financial services
The whole process can move quite quickly depending on how responsive you are. Each does need you to pass the previous one but hopefully this gives you some reassurance on what is involved.
We will need to see your proof of right to work in the UK as part of the process.
Working remotely isn’t for everyone. It requires a self‑starter mentality, the ability to bounce back from challenges, and a determination to hit your targets without someone physically nearby to cheer you on. Sound like you?
