Outbound Customer Sales Representative

Overview

  • Once fully trained and proficient in the role you may have the opportunity to work up to 2 days a week from home.
Responsibilities
  • Selling business insurance to SME customers having great conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Outbound calling to preidentified customers to identify opportunities to cross sell and up sell our commercial product line based on customers needs.
  • You will have individual targets which you are accountable for achieving. These are balanced between sales quality and customer satisfaction while managing your time.
  • You will become an expert in our technical products and our IT systems
  • Participating in weekly team meetings and huddles to discuss problem solving as well as reviewing your individual and team performance.
  • Working with other teams across the contact centre to provide good outcomes for our customers.
  • Our trainers will help you build your knowledge of our products and systems. The training is varied and includes online and self-learning. After training you will move into an Academy to further strengthen your skills.

  • You enjoy selling and providing a great customer experience is important to you.
  • You are driven highly productive and a team player who is receptive to feedback and always striving to improve.
  • You are resilient and dont shy away from problems or challenges.
  • Beating and surpassing business goals is what gets you out of bed in the morning.
  • Sales experience is desirable as well as previous experience in hitting targets.
