A large NHS Trust in England is seeking an Outpatient Receptionist to provide administrative support within a dedicated team. This role involves managing patient interactions, ensuring efficient reception services, and coordinating appointments. Ward 84 OPD/DCU is a regional centre for treatment of children with life threatening malignancies and blood disorders. It is a dedicated Out-patient and Day Case facility. Our clinic facilitates 30 plus Oncology/Haematology clinics per week including a weekly general anaesthetic list for bone marrow and lumber puncture procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional and friendly team, delivering high standards of care to our patients and their families as they undertake complex treatment.
We are currently looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Outpatient receptionist to support our department and achieve an effective and efficient service to our patients.
