Out of Hours Team Leader Registered Veterinary Nurse — Location: Cave Referrals. Hours: ideally full-time (37.5 hours/week); part-time considered. Twilight or night hours considered. Salary: starting from £35,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

A Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) Team Leader position is available at Cave Veterinary Specialists, Wellington, Somerset. We welcome applications from part-time applicants. Our RVN team supports patients across disciplines including internal medicine, oncology, neurology, soft tissue, orthopaedic surgery and dentistry. The successful candidate will have opportunities to expand knowledge in referral veterinary nursing, lead the night team and develop the night Lead RVN.
Main purpose & goals:
We emphasize teamwork, professional development in a friendly environment, and continual improvement in nursing care. Applicants should have strong time management and communication skills, a desire to grow in the role, and a passion for patient care. Referral nurse experience is desirable but not essential. Leadership experience is essential. You will receive a comprehensive, fully supported induction and a benefits package including generous CPD allowance.
