A charity organization in West Bromwich is seeking Out of Hours Support and Security Staff on bank shifts. The role involves supporting clients within domestic abuse refuge accommodation, ensuring safety and security. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and be under 30 years of age. The position offers a pay rate of £12.21 per hour.
Black Country Women’s Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands, providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.
BCWA provides 24-hour emergency accommodation for victims of domestic violence and abuse in need of temporary safe accommodation. The service manages 41 units of accommodation in various locations of the Black Country, ranging from houses in multiple occupation, individual flats and houses, as well as group schemes. The dedicated team provides bespoke, client‑led support to empower survivors of abuse to gain confidence and make informed choices.
