Job summary

A leading Health and Social Care Charity in Liverpool is seeking an Out of Hours Care Coordinator to provide critical support to service users and staff during evenings and weekends. You will liaise with health and social care professionals while also delivering care. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in health and social care and must be a driver with access to a vehicle. This role offers flexible hours and a commitment to quality service.

LOCATION: LIVERPOOL CITY REGION

HOURS: 4 Part time & 1 Full Time available (16 hours and 35 hours)

SALARY: £13.67

General Skills and Experience
  • Level 2 qualification health and social care or working towards.
  • Must be a driver with access to own vehicle.

Main Purpose of the Role

As a Care Coordinator (Out Of Hours), you will provide customer support to service users and care delivery staff during the evenings and weekends, with 50% of the time delivering care. For this post, you will be liaising with appropriate health & social care professionals to ensure the service is effective and responsive to service user needs during the out of hours periods.
