Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leadership within a Shared Service environment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of end to end OTC activities including billing, collections, and cash application.
  • Good awareness of statutory regulations affecting processes in the functional area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Transactions Specialists and Associates for KPI improvements.
  • Manage OTC processes in line with Credit Policy.
  • Build relationships with customers for debt collection.
