Job summary

Sentinel in London seeks an OT Architect with a strong Unified Namespace (UNS) background to lead the architecture and design of a major industrial OT/data transformation. You will define OT/IT architecture, UNS strategy and reference architectures, working across manufacturing, engineering, IT and data teams.

This architecture/design-focused role requires hands-on UNS-based OT architectures experience. Strong OT/Industrial Architecture background and proven UNS implementation experience are

Qualifications

• Strong OT/Industrial Architecture background.
• Proven UNS architecture and implementation experience.
• MQTT/OPC UA and event-driven architectures.
• Industrial data platforms, edge/cloud and OT integration.
• PLC/SCADA/Historian environments.
• Ability to translate business and manufacturing requirements into scalable architecture.
• Experience producing architecture standards, patterns and design documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management across OT, IT, Engineering and Manufacturing.

My client is looking for an experienced OT Architect with a strong Unified Namespace (UNS) background to lead the architecture and design of a major industrial OT/data transformation.

You will define OT/IT architecture, UNS strategy and reference architectures, working across manufacturing, engineering, IT and data teams.

Key experience:

• Strong OT/Industrial Architecture background
• Proven Unified Namespace (UNS) architecture and implementation experience
• MQTT/OPC UA and event-driven architectures
• Industrial data platforms, edge/cloud and OT integration
• PLC/Scada/Historian environments
• Ability to translate business and manufacturing requirements into scalable architecture
• Experience producing architecture standards, patterns and design documentation
• Strong stakeholder management across OT, IT, Engineering and Manufacturing

This is an architecture/design-focused role, so candidates must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience designing and shaping UNS-based OT architectures, rather than simply having general OT experience.
