Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an OSS Data Architect in Newbury to define end-to-end data extraction, connectivity, and ingestion architecture for OSS systems integrated with a Cloud Platform, preferably GCP. You will shape technical strategy, governance, and security posture while leading engineering teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role is hybrid with three days per week in the Newbury office, offering senior-level leadership across multiple OSS domains and cloud integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years overall experience with 8–10+ years in data architecture.
• Experience designing data integration solutions for OSS domains (inventory, performance, fault, provisioning, ticketing).
• Expert knowledge of batch, API, JDBC, and real-time streaming data ingestion.
• Hybrid cloud connectivity and security principles (VPN, interconnects, firewalls, API security).
• Ability to create and govern reusable architectural patterns and standards.

# OSS Data ArchitectAbingdonApply for this job* Permanent* Experienced Professionals* Products & Systems Engineering* ID 552596-en\\_GB## **Your role**Capgemini Engineering is looking for OSS Data Architect who will be the senior technical authority responsible for designing the end-to-end data extraction, connectivity, and ingestion architecture.
