Your Role
This role focuses on building OSS intelligence and AIOps capabilities to support autonomous network operations. The OSS & AIOps Engineer will work on inventory intelligence, alarm correlation, fault management, performance KPI modelling, data aggregation, event processing, and AI-assisted assurance workflows across mobile, fixed, transport, cloud, and service domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement OSS intelligence capabilities for autonomous network operations.
- Build automated inventory models using topology, configuration, service, resource, and dependency data.
- Develop alarm correlation, event enrichment, deduplication, suppression, and root‑cause analysis workflows.
- Define and implement performance KPI aggregation models across RAN, Core, Transport, IP, SD‑WAN, Cloud, and OSS domains.
- Support AIOps use cases including anomaly detection, fault prediction, incident prioritisation, event correlation, and service impact analysis.
- Integrate OSS platforms with data pipelines, AI/ML platforms, orchestration platforms, and automation engines.
- Develop data aggregation pipelines from EMS/NMS, assurance tools, inventory systems, telemetry platforms, ticketing systems, and log platforms.
- Support closed‑loop automation by providing high‑quality operational state, fault context, topology context, and KPI insights.
- Implement TMF Open API‑based integrations for inventory, alarm, performance, service, and trouble ticket processes.
- Work with AI/LLM engineers to enable RAG and agentic AI use cases using OSS data.
- Define service‑impact models and dependency maps for network services and customer services.
- Support digital twin and graph‑based topology modelling for autonomous network decisioning.
- Establish data quality checks, reconciliation rules, and operational data governance practices.
