A prominent healthcare provider in Rotherham seeks an Orthotic Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure quality care for service users. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, alongside experience in a healthcare administration setting. This is a full-time position with a supportive team environment.

As part of the OrthoticsAdministrative Team, the post holder will liaise closely with the clinical teamto ensure patients appointments are prepared in a timely manner, and willprovide high quality administrative support to the clinicians.The Administrator will play a key role in theefficient day to day activities of the running of the service. Tasks willinclude inputting orders, receipt of prescribed orthoses and responsible forthe registering and receiving of referrals.The post holder will have regular contact with arange of clinical and managerial staff, health care professionals and externalsuppliers. They will work closely with the Orthotists and the administrativeteam. The post is 30 hours per week, working Mon - Friday based at RotherhamHospital. The Orthotic Department is located in the new Pre-Op Assessment Unit near Busy Bees Nursery. Previous applicants need not apply.
