Job summary

A prominent NHS trust is seeking a highly motivated Theatre Practitioner (ODP/RN) to join their expanding team in Gorleston-on-Sea. The successful candidate will deliver clinical services during the perioperative journey while developing personal and professional skills. Applicants must be registered nurses or operating department practitioners, with recent NHS experience preferred. This position offers a salary ranging from £31,049 to £37,796 pro rata.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (NMC) or Registered Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC).
  • Previous NHS experience within the last 12 months.
  • Broad clinical knowledge base.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the multi-disciplinary theatre team to provide care throughout the patient’s perioperative journey.
  • Ensure agreed standards of practice within the area are maintained.
  • Maintain personal contact with patients and other healthcare disciplines.
