PetMedics Veterinary Hospital seeks a Certificate-level Surgeon to join our AP-led surgical team, offering flexible full-time or part-time roles within a busy referral hospital.

You’ll participate in our established surgical service, provide inpatient care and ECC work as needed, and enjoy mentorship in orthopaedics from Diplomate Orthopaedic Surgeons, with extensive imaging and specialist support.

Qualifications

• Has a recognised Small Animal Surgery Certificate or is due to complete a certificate soon.
• Passion for surgery and high clinical standards.
• Enjoys working within a collaborative referral environment.
• Values multidisciplinary case management and shared expertise.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the well-established referral surgical service, with option to include hospital inpatient care and ECC work.
• Work within a 24-hour hospital with access to emergency and complex cases.
• Collaborate with a large team of specialists and nurses to deliver high patient care.
