Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical support in theatre, ensuring safe and confident use of orthopaedic implants and instrumentation.
  • Deliver structured training and education programmes to theatre teams and surgeons.
  • Assist the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Oversee instruments, equipment, and inventory for your accounts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across territories to ensure seamless service.
  • Support clinical research activity where required.
  • Maintain all mandatory operating theatre access and compliance.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism in both NHS and private sectors.
  • Provide direct support to qualified theatre staff, requiring excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience in orthopaedics, ideally arthroplasty or major joint reconstruction.
  • A strong clinical background (e.g., theatre practitioner, ODP, physiotherapist, orthopaedic nurse, clinical specialist).
  • Confidence to work independently and influence at senior clinical and managerial levels.
  • Experience supporting or managing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • At least 18 months of experience in a relevant clinical or field‑based role.
  • Ability to obtain or hold Theatre Access qualifications (or willingness to sit the exam).
