Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment are assisting a specialist private orthodontic practice in Matlock, Derbyshire to recruit an Orthodontist on a part-time basis. Alternate Mondays 8:30am–5:00pm, with a 50% private revenue split and an established private patient list.

NHS and private treatment offered in a modern, four-surgery referral practice with supportive multidisciplinary team. GDC-registered Specialist Orthodontist or DWSI in Orthodontics, UK private dentistry experience and a current DBS are

Qualifications

• GDC registration as Specialist Orthodontist or DWSI in Orthodontics is required.
• UK private dentistry experience and current DBS check are necessary.
• Part-time role with alternate Mondays and a 3‑month notice period.

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS and private orthodontic treatment from an established patient list.
• Work within a modern, four-surgery referral practice with a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with an orthodontic nurse and hygienist support.

Orthodontist - Matlock, Derbyshire | Alternate Mondays | Private Specialist Practice

MBR Dental are currently assisting a specialist dental practice in Matlock, Derbyshire to recruit an Orthodontist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established specialist referral practice offering an existing private patient base, modern facilities, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Position Details

• Surgery space alternate Mondays, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• 684 UOAs available
• 50% split on private revenue

• Typical earnings for a Specialist Orthodontist range from £70,000 to £200,000+ FTE, depending on workload and private income

• Suitable for a GDC Registered Specialist Orthodontist or Dentist with a Special Interest (DWSI) in Orthodontics
