Job summary

ActAI in London is seeking an experienced Head of People Operations to own performance management, OKR planning, and scalable HR processes. You will analyze organisational data, build dashboards, and partner with leadership to drive accountability and execution across teams.

You will design and implement frameworks for reviews, promotions and career development, embedding company values in all people initiatives as ActAI scales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
  • Ability to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • High ownership, attention to detail and a bias toward execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly review cycles.
  • Design and implement scalable people processes that improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Analyze people, performance and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into organisational performance.
  • Define business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools and workflow automation.
  • Partner with leaders across the company to improve team performance and execution.
  • Develop frameworks for performance reviews, calibration, promotions and career development.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen accountability, ownership and a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure company values embedded throughout employee programmes, performance evaluations and day-to-day operations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies and improve the employee experience.
  • Support strategic people initiatives and organisational projects as the company grows.

About The Role

You will own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive performance across the company. You will lead company-wide OKR planning and review cycles, design scalable performance management processes, analyze organisational data, and ensure our culture and values are consistently reflected in how we hire, evaluate and develop people.
