We are seeking an experienced SLDC Coordinator to lead the creation of new packs (NPI/NPR) and manage changes to our existing site pack range (PAO) using artwork systems (GLAMS/CHAMPS) and SAP notifications. You will work closely with APS, Market Launch & Change Coordinators, Site Technologists, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Conformance, Production and Supply Chain to ensure smooth, compliant pack implementations.

We’re seeking an experienced Learning, Development & Training (LD&T) leader to implement and embed a comprehensive LD&T framework that supports business objectives and strengthens workforce capability. You will lead end-to-end LD&T activity—designing and delivering blended learning, managing change to embed new behaviours, overseeing graduate, placement and apprenticeship programmes (including effective use of levy funds), and acting as the primary partner to business leaders to ensure learning interventions drive measurable performance improvement and cultural adoption.

This role will accelerate AI and digital adoption in L&D by integrating intelligent learning technologies, data-driven personalisation and digital upskilling into programmes while ensuring ethical use and alignment with regulatory and security standards. You will use digital tools and AI to enhance learning design, personalise learner journeys and analyse impact; deliver hands-on training and coaching (including systems-based and on-the-job); champion the LD&T hub as a curated digital learning resource; and own the site induction programme to ensure consistent, compliant and engaging onboarding.

In this role you will…

  • Develop and deliver an L,D&T strategy aligned to business goals, regulatory requirements and future workforce needs.
  • Design, implement and manage blended learning programmes (quality standards, coaching, soft skills, leadership development, etc.).
  • Deliver training directly via workshops, coaching and digital platforms; act as a hands-on facilitator and coach.
  • Lead change management activity to embed new learning frameworks, processes and behaviours, partnering with leaders and managers to secure adoption.
  • Conduct capability assessments and skills gap analysis to prioritise learning interventions and resources.
  • Measure programme effectiveness using data, evaluation frameworks, feedback and performance outcomes; iterate programmes based on insights.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, resilience and adaptability across the organisation.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s level) or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, Psychology (Industrial/Organisational), Education/Adult Learning, Finance/Banking/Economics (industry background), or Communications/Marketing.
  • Relevant L&D experience, including designing and delivering blended learning programmes and demonstrable change management experience; experience in regulated GMP environments preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills; excellent stakeholder management and influencing across all levels; programme/project management (including budgeting, vendor management); experience managing apprenticeship levy funds and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid analytical capability for impact measurement and capability assessments; ability to design blended and digital learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, microlearning, coaching); excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resilient, proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset; demonstrated ability to enhance L&D with AI and digital capabilities—integrating intelligent learning technologies, data-driven personalisation and digital upskilling while ensuring ethical, regulatory and security alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MSc, MA, MBA, CIPD Level 7 or equivalent) in Learning & Development, Organisational Development/Organisational Psychology, HR Management, Change Management, Business (with L&D/HR focus), or Applied Learning Technologies/Instructional Design.
