About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you will drive organisational effectiveness through the design and implementation of culture and behavioural change strategies, tools, and frameworks that align people, processes, and culture with the Trusts strategic priorities. Acting as a change ambassador, the role will support leaders and teams in adapting to new ways of working, while serving as a trusted partner to People & Culture colleagues, service leads, and other key stakeholders. By embedding Organisational Development principles and practices across the Trust, the postholder will enable sustainable improvement, foster collaboration, and strengthen a culture that supports the delivery of the Trusts ambitions.

You will be a change agent who can shape culture and build a workplace where people can grow, thrive and feel valued. You will work to foster collaboration, support leaders and teams through positive cultural change, and contribute to a values-driven environment that engages staff.

Your key responsibilities
  • Drive impactful organisational design, culture, and engagement initiatives that help to foster a culture of care, elevating the voice of our staff through championing equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Shape leadership and management development to build compassionate, high-performing leaders.
  • Partner with stakeholders and coach managers to lead confidently through change.
  • Use data and feedback to uncover insights to inform organisational improvements.
  • Support talent, succession, and workforce planning to build future capability.
  • Champion change by creating practical tools, engaging colleagues, and embedding values in everyday practice.
About You

An established OD professional and natural strategic thinker, you will be educated to degree level and have a portfolio of accredited professional and OD qualifications. You will have a flexible approach, have excellent presentation, project management skills, and know how to effectively persuade, negotiate with, and influence others.

Were Looking For Someone With
  • Degree level education, plus ongoing professional development.
  • Specific OD Practitioner certification e.g. MBTI, Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership Development.
  • Experience in designing and delivering a range of development programmes.
  • Experience of embedding organisational values.
  • Experience in data interpretation to support OD interventions.
  • Understanding of the range of issues impacting on staff retention.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, coaching & change management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
