An innovative trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled organisational development professional to lead cultural transformation and support leadership. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you will drive organisational effectiveness through the design and implementation of culture and behavioural change strategies, tools, and frameworks that align people, processes, and culture with the Trusts strategic priorities. Acting as a change ambassador, the role will support leaders and teams in adapting to new ways of working, while serving as a trusted partner to People & Culture colleagues, service leads, and other key stakeholders. By embedding Organisational Development principles and practices across the Trust, the postholder will enable sustainable improvement, foster collaboration, and strengthen a culture that supports the delivery of the Trusts ambitions.
You will be a change agent who can shape culture and build a workplace where people can grow, thrive and feel valued. You will work to foster collaboration, support leaders and teams through positive cultural change, and contribute to a values-driven environment that engages staff.
An established OD professional and natural strategic thinker, you will be educated to degree level and have a portfolio of accredited professional and OD qualifications. You will have a flexible approach, have excellent presentation, project management skills, and know how to effectively persuade, negotiate with, and influence others.
