We're looking for an Organisation Design Lead to join SNG (Sovereign Network Group) on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.
This is a key role in shaping how the organisation is structured, how services are delivered and how roles and organisation capabilities are developed to deliver value. You'll support transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation, ensuring that people, processes, and systems are aligned.
Based from either Basingstoke or Wembley, you'll combine home and office working in line with our hybrid approach. There may be some travel to other sites to ensure visibility across wider teams and collaborate across the business.
Reporting into our People Director, you'll support the development and delivery of SNG's target operating model, working with Senior Leaders and teams across all business areas to analyse, recommend, and implement changes that enable the delivery of the Corporate Plan and strategic objectives.
