Job summary

Coleshill Organics in Coleshill is seeking an Assistant Grower to start in February 2026. The role is 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, with potential to become full-time for the right person.

Duties include growing/harvesting, packing and delivering veg boxes on Tue and Wed, and topping up the on-site honesty shop. The position pays £13 per hour, with a company pension (NEST) and 28 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Systematic and organised with high attention to detail.
• Team player able to work under pressure.
• At least 2 years’ grower experience in a commercial organic farming operation.
• Experience with tractors is preferred but not essential.
• Able to work outdoors in a physically demanding role.
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable driving a small van.
• Understanding of organic growing principles.

Responsibilities

• Pack and deliver veg boxes on Tue and Wed.
• Assist with growing, harvesting, and field tasks daily.
• Maintain on-site honesty shop and assist with stock.
• Support lead grower with planning and priority tasks.
