Location: London, Greater London, United Kingdom (Home based)

Salary: £37,300 to £38,600 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours), Permanent

About the Opportunity

We are looking for employed auditors to inspect organic food facilities in the London region. As representatives of the Soil Association you need to be professional and personable in how you approach your work. Be able to connect with a variety of people from various communities and backgrounds and help deliver excellent customer service.

The auditor role is also a critical customer service role responsible for delivering excellence in how you communicate, behave and respond to our licensees. This is demonstrated in post by licensee liaison before, during, and after visits, time management of diaries and audits, and managing feedback during inspections which could include discussing non‑compliant matters and actions required for improvement.

About You

A successful candidate will have auditing experience, a background in food manufacturing and be aware of the pressure and demands faced by them within our industry. They need to show confidence, knowledge and authority in the role they perform and behaviours they demonstrate.

A full driving licence is an essential requirement.
