Kwalee's Mobile Product Marketing team are looking for a talent Organic Growth Specialist for ASO & social media to boost our organic installs.

The Organic Growth Specialist will work on the organic presence of our games, whilst owning and executing ASO strategies across Google Play and App Store for all active titles.

This role is based in our Leamington Spa studio working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

App Store Optimisation (ASO)
  • Own and execute ASO strategy across Google Play and App Store for all active titles.
  • Optimise titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, and creative assets to maximise visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on category rankings, CVR, and keyword performance.
  • Research and utilise the best tools and AI solutions available in order to maximise success.
Store Management & Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact with Google Play and App Store Account Managers.
  • Manage feature submissions, promotional opportunities, and store events in alignment with product and UA timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of store trends and best practices.
A/B Testing & Optimisation
  • Plan and execute A/B tests for icons, screenshots, and videos to improve store conversion rates.
  • Evaluate test results, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Organic Performance Analysis
  • Track and analyse organic traffic, conversion rates, and trend movements across stores.
  • Identify growth opportunities and deliver regular performance reports to the Growth team.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and market standards.
Social Media & Community Growth
  • Manage and grow the social media presence of the games across key platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Illustrator and Creative teams to produce engaging and consistent content.
  • Support community engagement strategies that enhance brand awareness and retention.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the UA team to align organic and paid growth efforts across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Illustrators and Product teams to ensure brand and creative consistency.
  • Provide feedback on store assets and campaign creatives based on performance data.
Competitor & Market Monitoring
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor store pages, creative trends, and keyword movements.
  • Share actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge in visibility and conversion.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within the Mobile Games industry.
  • Experience in Using AppTweak and or AppFollows.
  • Ability to write SQL to analyse data.
  • Good Understanding of Statistics and Confidence Intervals.
  • Able to be based in our Leamington Spa studio 5 days per week.
