Job summary

Emma in London is seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to own organic marketing channels, including SEO, ASO, CRM, email, and blogging. You will manage CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and steady engagement, and oversee website updates to optimize content and user experience.

You will also drive PR initiatives, develop blog posts and careers content to attract users and talent, and help grow Emma's community through engaging content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in organic or growth marketing roles in startups or fintech.
• Experience growing user base for apps or similar products.
• Strong SEO and content structuring for visibility.
• Excellent copywriting with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle emails.
• Familiar with CRM/email platforms like Mailchimp or Braze.

About the role

• Own organic marketing including SEO, ASO, CRM, Email and Blogging.

Who We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in organic or growth marketing roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company.
• Hands on experience growing a user base for and app or similar product.
• Experience with technical SEO and an understanding of how to structure content for search visibility.
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns.
• Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar).
• Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with design or product teams.
• Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially.
• A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication.
• Excited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channels.

Bonus Points If You Have One Of The Following

• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, keyword strategy, and content optimization
• Experience with PR or communications, such as writing press releases, pitching to media, or supporting thought leadership
• Strong track record in email marketing or CRM, including lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and A/B testing
