As our Order Taker & Logistics Fulfilment Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of our supply chain operations—capturing customer orders with precision, coordinating deliveries with our fleet and logistics partners, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. From resolving order discrepancies to generating performance reports and supporting peak periods, your work will directly shape the efficiency of our logistics and the satisfaction of our customers. What You’ll Do
  • Process customer orders via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions
  • Ensure timely order processing aligned with SLAs
  • Resolve order discrepancies and missing details
  • Schedule and monitor deliveries with transport planners and logistics partners
  • Keep customers informed on order status and changes
  • Handle and elevate customer queries
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Support peak periods and assist the Lead Coordinator
